Alan Perez

Alan Perez is a dedicated and experienced Certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of expertise in Injury Prevention & Recovery, Weight Loss, and Strength & Conditioning. His passion for fitness began at a young age through competitive sports like wrestling, boxing, BJJ, and MMA, and evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Alan’s journey has been shaped by his academic background in Kinesiology from TWU in Denton and his hands-on experience working as a Neuro-Recovery Specialist at REACT, where he supported individuals with spinal cord injuries. These experiences have given him specialized knowledge in injury recovery, from rotator cuff rehabilitation to managing knee and shoulder issues. With a practical and empathetic approach, Alan focuses on creating personalized programs that prioritize injury prevention while helping clients overcome physical limitations. His ultimate goal is to ensure that every client can achieve sustainable success, whether it’s building strength, losing weight, or recovering from an injury. Now based in Frisco, Texas, Alan is driven by his passion for transformation and continues to empower clients to reach their fullest potential through safe, effective, and customized training.
The turning point in my life came when I faced my greatest enemy: fear of failure. For years, I let doubt hold me back. I questioned whether I was capable, whether I was good enough, and whether I could truly make an impact doing what I loved. The weight of that fear made me hesitate, overthink, and procrastinate on my dreams. But one day, I realized that if I kept waiting for the “perfect moment” or guaranteed success, I’d never move forward. I was tired of letting fear dictate my life. That’s when I decided to take a leap of faith and just get started. I stepped into the unknown, committing to my passion for fitness and helping others, even when I didn’t have all the answers. The first steps were terrifying—self-doubt still whispered in my ear—but with each small win, I began to realize that action itself was the antidote to fear. Taking that leap changed everything. I discovered not only what I was capable of but also who I wanted to be: someone who empowers others to overcome their own fears and achieve their goals. That turning point taught me that success isn’t about avoiding failure; it’s about facing it head-on and moving forward anyway. Now, I help others conquer their own inner enemies and take the first steps toward transformation, knowing from experience that those first steps are where the magic begins.
I find profound fulfillment in coaching individuals who are committed to self-improvement, no matter the size or scope of their goals. Whether someone is striving for enhanced athletic performance, significant weight loss, or simply building healthier habits, I take pride in helping them define meaningful objectives and develop actionable, personalized plans to achieve them. Guiding people on their unique journeys toward personal growth, achievement, and lasting transformation is not just my profession—it’s my true passion and purpose.
