My athletic journey started in sprinting—I was a collegiate hurdler and 1600m relay runner. After college, I joined the Army and became a Special Operations Ranger, where I developed a deep understanding of resilience, endurance, and physical preparedness. Since then, I’ve competed in ultra-marathons and HYROX events, blending my sprinting foundation with endurance and strength training. As a coach, I help athletes of all levels build strength, endurance, and resilience through a performance-driven approach.
My biggest turning point came after a major car accident that forced me to reevaluate everything. Up to that point, I had built my identity around being an athlete, a soldier, and someone who thrived on pushing limits. But in the aftermath, I had to confront the reality of recovery, setbacks, and rebuilding from a place where my body wasn’t at full capacity. The enemy wasn’t just physical pain—it was doubt, frustration, and the fear that I might not get back to where I once was. That experience shaped how I approach training and coaching today. It taught me that progress isn’t about where you start—it’s about how you show up, adapt, and keep moving forward, no matter what.
I coach because I believe in the power of movement—not just as a way to get stronger or faster, but as a tool to build resilience and confidence. My mission is to help athletes at any level develop strength, endurance, and a mindset that carries them through both training and life. I know what it’s like to face setbacks, to push through hardship, and to redefine limits. My goal is to take that experience and help others do the same—whether they’re training for their first event or competing at the highest level.
