I am a second-generation personal trainer and kinesiologist with a lifelong passion for fitness and movement. Growing up, I was immersed in the world of fitness thanks to my mother, a kinesiology graduate who worked as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. This early exposure to fitness set the stage for my active lifestyle and deepened my understanding of the human body.
Over the years, I've explored a wide variety of sports and physical activities, including soccer, karate, gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance. I was a member of a competitive hip-hop dance team and later joined the drill team in high school. In college, I continued to explore different dance forms, including belly dance, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop, while also pursuing professional cheerleading.
Since graduating, I have kept dancing in various styles and expanded my training to include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Strength training has always been a cornerstone of my fitness journey, helping me maintain strength, mobility, and endurance.
With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from a 93-year-old man who went from being wheelchair-bound to walking with a walker, to an 8-year-old aspiring gymnast. I’ve helped individuals recovering from surgeries such as hip, knee, or shoulder replacements, as well as those with chronic conditions like POTS, Parkinson’s disease, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, COPD, A-Fib, and cancer recovery. I’ve worked with clients experiencing various levels of back pain and mobility issues, adapting training programs to meet their specific needs.
